The Aam Aadmi Party says there is an effort to break the Goa First coalition and has called on the Goa Forward Party to declare its allegiance.

The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) has publicly alleged that a concerted attempt is being made to dismantle the Goa First alliance, a coalition that currently governs the state. In a statement released on Monday, AAP said the move threatens the stability of the partnership formed after the recent elections.

According to the party, the alleged effort is aimed at weakening the alliance’s collective strength and creating political uncertainty in Goa. AAP warned that such manoeuvring could undermine the mandate given by voters and disrupt governance.

In response, AAP has urged the Goa Forward Party (GFP), a key member of the alliance, to take a clear stand and choose a side. The party emphasized that indecision by GFP would only embolden those seeking to fracture the coalition.

As of now, the Goa Forward Party has not issued an official comment on the allegations or the demand, and the situation remains under close observation by political analysts.
