Industry sources say Aamir Khan may step into the role originally assigned to Saif Ali Khan in the upcoming action thriller ‘Race 4’, though no official confirmation has been given.
Reports circulating in the film fraternity indicate that veteran actor Aamir Khan is being considered to take over the part that was earlier linked to Saif Ali Khan in the next instalment of the high‑octane ‘Race’ franchise. The project, tentatively titled ‘Race 4’, is expected to continue the series’ signature blend of action, intrigue and star‑driven appeal.
Saif Ali Khan, who had been rumored to join the cast in a pivotal role, is now said to have stepped aside, prompting producers to explore alternatives. Sources close to the production claim that Aamir Khan’s involvement would bring a fresh dimension to the film, given his track record of delivering commercially successful and critically acclaimed performances.
Neither the film’s makers nor the actors have issued a formal statement confirming the change. Until an official announcement is made, the speculation remains unverified, and the final casting decisions are likely to be disclosed closer to the film’s launch schedule.
