In 2026, numerous film and high‑end television projects are underway across the United Kingdom and Ireland, according to the latest industry update.
The entertainment industry has announced that a growing number of film and high‑end television productions are currently shooting in the United Kingdom and Ireland. This development follows a series of incentives offered by both governments to attract international projects.
The move is expected to boost local economies, create jobs, and enhance the global profile of the UK and Irish film sectors. Production companies have highlighted the diverse landscapes and advanced infrastructure available in both countries.
Industry analysts predict that the influx of projects could lead to increased investment in post‑production facilities and training programmes, further solidifying the region’s position as a leading hub for high‑quality media content.
