Amri Bai Tanwar, a 19‑year‑old resident of Amri, succumbed to complications just hours after delivering her baby at the Rajgarh district hospital in Madhya Pradesh. Hospital officials confirmed that the delivery took place in the morning, and the patient was declared dead shortly thereafter.
Following the death, members of the deceased's family gathered at the hospital premises, creating a disturbance that disrupted routine operations. The relatives alleged that nursing staff failed to provide timely medical attention and that they were asked for additional money during the delivery process.
